Los Chicos Brasa Vaughan is a family owned Peruvian Rotisserie, which has opened in Vaughan to bring our delicious Charbroiled chicken and  popular hot sauces a step closer to all living on the North West side of the GTA.   Many people from Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York, and even as far as Kitchener, asked us to open a bit closer to them, giving rise to this location in Vaughan. 

Our charbroiled chicken is very special.  Los Chicos Brasa is the only restaurant in TO that charbroils in an ecological Peruvian oven brought from overseas.  This allows us to cook a  delicious juicy charbroiled chicken with original Peruvian condiments as it's cooked in Peru which combined with our own secret green hot sauce provides you a  unique memorable and enjoyable meal experience.  Que Rico ! that's what we say,  when  all of the sudden everything turns quiet at the table as everyone is enjoying our tasty rotisserie chicken.

In addition, Los Chicos Brasa serves traditional Peruvian dishes known to many who have visited Peru, the city of Lima or the city of Gold, Machu Picchu,  and experienced our excellent Peruvian  gastronomy.   Dishes like Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, Arroz con Mariscos, Anticuchos, Jalea, Papa a la Huancaina, Aji de Gallina, and many more are served as special dishes on our menu.  If you have not tried them before, this is your opportunity to give it a world and try something new, different, and delicious. 

Step by step we are bringing a little bit of Peru to Canada.  Now we are also producing our own  Lucuma and Maracuya ice cream, flavors which many have never had, and who many travelled all the way to Peru to enjoy as these fruits are unique and delicious.  You now have an opportunity to try something new which thousands of people enjoy.   Lucuma is a delicious fruit which only grows in special weather conditions found in Peru.
